Junk Food Make You Depressed

Hopefully you do not depress in case you read this editorial. A new study says that eating fatty foods or processed foods will lead to depression And anxiety.

This fact is obtained from the research team from the University of Melbourne, Australia. They surveyed 1046 ladies aged 20-93 years randomly, for over 10 years. They then make a psychiatric evaluation And evaluate ladies diet regularly. From there it found that ladies who apply western-style diet-such as burgers, pizza, white bread, chips, And drink high-sugar levels more likely to have mood disorder than those who apply the Australian diet, namely vegetables, fruits, red meat, fish, And whole wheat.

This possibility remains valid, irrespective of her age, weight, social And economic status, schooling, physical activity, smoking And drinking. This is definitely surprising, since these factors are interrelated. For example, individuals who apply poor diet, weight increased, And this causes depression. The united states is the most technological and wealthiest country in the world but yet they are one of the sickest countries. So what do they do? In lieu of fighting illness you build your health.

There’s three major factors of health. The first one is nutrition. They must eat more natural foods and stay away from manmade foods. Foods that are natural have all the vitamins and minerals needed for us to maintain life.

Second is exercise. They need some type of movement both aerobic and anaerobic. The benefits are improving heart function reduces body fat and raises energy levels. Movement is life.
